Commercial applications

Built around your venue, content, and business goals

Every entertainment project is different. We work with operators to understand the venue, audience flow, content format, technical environment, and operating model before recommending a VR solution.

Free-roam VR players wearing backpack PCs in a location-based entertainment space

Location-Based Entertainment

Free-roam VR, interactive attractions, and venue-based entertainment. Headsets paired with backpack PCs keep rendering local to each player, which helps reduce the wireless instability that shows up under sustained commercial use.

Why Pimax Business

Built for audience experience and commercial operation

What these capabilities mean when a venue has to run the same experience all day, every day.

01

High-fidelity visuals

High-resolution panels reduce visible pixelation, so guests see a sharper image — which matters when the experience itself is what they paid for.

02

Wide-field immersion

A wider field of view puts more of the scene in peripheral vision, which is what separates an attraction from a screen strapped to someone's face.

03

PC VR performance and open integration

Local PC rendering and a direct display connection help avoid the latency, black screens, and disconnects that interrupt a paid session. Supports OpenXR and OpenVR workflows.

04

Flexible hardware and configuration

Headset, computing, seating, and tracking combinations are selected per project — a seated cinema and a free-roam arena do not need the same hardware.

05

Project consultation and deployment support

Support from requirement discovery through device setup, operator training, launch preparation, and post-launch technical support.

06

Multi-device management

Synchronized playback, centralized content distribution, device monitoring, and fast session reset — the difference between a demo and a schedule.

Product line-up

Pimax devices for immersive entertainment
